Dealing with Workplace Bullying and Escaping the Mold

My story of my great escape actually happened four days after 9/11 and was a big surprise to me. I was working on a team of programmers and I was the only woman. Unknown to me, I would experience a mild form of bullying in the workplace when I started the job in 2010.

One way to get the most out of life is to look upon it as an adventure.
